What is included in the free account?
Every new member receives 30 saved card slots with up to six photos and one description per slot. Card-for-card trading is free.
Can I include an asking price?
Yes. You can add an optional AUD reference asking price when uploading a card. It is informational only; TCG Draw does not process a card sale or hold funds.
Does TCG Draw handle shipping or delivery?
No. TCG Draw is a card chat and marketplace platform. Members arrange any postage or handover between themselves, and each member is responsible for their own arrangements. TCG Draw does not verify, endorse, or mediate any off-platform arrangement.
Can I share my phone number or email in chat?
Yes. Members can share mobile numbers and email addresses in the private trade chat when they choose. Only share with a trader you trust. Each member is responsible for what they share and for any off-platform arrangement. TCG Draw is a card chat platform only and is not a party to member-to-member dealings.
Do I need to show my ID to other members?
No. Members see a verified badge, not your document, ID number, date of birth, mobile number, or address. Raw identity data should be handled by a specialist verification provider and retained only as long as necessary.
How do I get more card slots?
Paid collection expansions increase your saved capacity: 300 slots for $5/month or 5,000 slots for $15/month. Use the Request Collector or Request Vault button above. We reply by email with bank transfer details, then add your slots by hand once payment clears, so access is not instant. Trading itself remains free.
Do you store my card details?
No. The upgrade form collects only your name, email, mobile number, and an optional message. TCG Draw never asks for card or bank login details through the website, and we cannot process a card sale between members.
